This is a Forum dedicated to achieving goals as individuals and as a team. Here I would like you to create threads listing some long term and short term goals for yourself and the academy. You are to update the threads as you feel necessary with steps you plan to take to complete the goal, steps you have taken, milestones, tips for others with similar goals, road blocks you have come to and goal completion. There are several reasons why I think this group will help the academy and It's members. It will help each of you individually to set goals and keep track of your progress. It will help the Instructors better understand each of the students ambitions and motivations, thus allowing them to better help the academy and its members achieve their goals. It will allow the team to visibly see and work on group goals. It will allow each of you to see each others goals and progress, further motivating you to achieve your goals, while enabling you to receive help when you are struggling or give help to others when they are in need. Feel free to post tips for nutrition/ weight loss, jiu jitsu, videos, before and after pictures etc. Attachments:

I challenge you to create 1 personal goal thread for yourself and reply to the team goal thread by posting a team goal!

can we introduce in class then post the names of any new folks that join the gym....assuming they are ok? and get them to join this forum? it will help us remember their names and also have them get to know us

can there be extra classes or a different schedule this week because of thanksgiving? thinking of earlier classes on wednesday in particular?
