Objectives of This Forum

This is a Forum dedicated to achieving goals as individuals and as a team. Here I would like you to create threads listing some long term and short term goals for yourself and the academy. You are to update the threads as you feel necessary with steps you plan to take to complete the goal, steps you have taken, milestones, tips for others with similar goals, road blocks you have come to and goal completion. There are several reasons why I think this group will help the academy and It's members. It will help each of you individually to set goals and keep track of your progress. It will help the Instructors better understand each of the students ambitions and motivations, thus allowing them to better help the academy and its members achieve their goals. It will allow the team to visibly see and work on group goals. It will allow each of you to see each others goals and progress, further motivating you to achieve your goals, while enabling you to receive help when you are struggling or give help to others when they are in need. Feel free to post tips for nutrition/ weight loss, jiu jitsu, videos, before and after pictures etc.
